Awarded as the “Most Promising Neurosurgeon in Maharashtra – 2016" by Times Group for eminent work in rural India. After achieving 1st Position in MCh Neurosurgery University Examination, I worked as an Assistant Professor in my parent institute for 2 years. Following which, I worked as a consultant and head of neurosurgery department in a high-volume trust hospital, handling complex neurosurgical and spinal cases single handedly for 18 months. Presently, I am working as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in leading corporate hospital in Mumbai.
Armed with a M.Ch. in Neurosurgery (1st Rank) from the prestigious St John’s Medical College, Bangalore, Dr Gurneet is one of the few formally trained neurosurgeons in the country in Microneurosurgery, Neuroendoscopy and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.

Dr Gurneet’s outstanding outcomes in the management of brain and spine trauma, his excellent results in surgery for challenging life-threatening brain conditions and his untiring efforts to ensure that his patients get treated, earned him recognition by the Times Group as the ‘Most Promising Neurosurgeon in Maharashtra - 2016’.
